When I got my first paycheck, I had no clue what a Roth IRA was, how to change my tax withholdings, or how to decipher a FICO score. I assumed I'd pick it up naturally -- but as I grew in my career and earned my MBA from Columbia Business School, I saw firsthand how rare it was to find approachable, comprehensive education for people just starting out, and I realized how many of my friends and colleagues felt the same.
